A very simple top, a good match to either jeans or skirts. The flower part is the highlight, it looks like an extra singlet inside, but actually it is fake.

The designer likes 'CONVERSE'. So she had the idea of making a 'converse' version of pants, hahaha! Crazy, isn't it? But I love it! Without the string, it turns into a skirt. Pants, skirt, whatever you like.
